About Danielle:
Danielle has been a writer since her childhood. She wrote her
first short story on a heart shaped notepad in middle school and hasn't stopped
since. Readers might recognize Danielle from her books or as a member of the
Kindle Blogs hit Everything Erotic where she posts monthly serials for everyone
to enjoy.
Having watched her mother read every night while she was growing
up, Danielle comes by her love of books and writing naturally. The first novel
she can remember devouring was Heaven by V.C. Andrews. She received the book
for her ninth birthday and read it, cover to cover, in four hours. From then
on, no book was safe from her insatiable need to read.
Romance, horror, sci-fi, young adult... she read them all.
Danielle's tastes took a turned toward the paranormal in her
twenties. Well-muscled men who could shift shapes? Sexy. Strong heroines who
knew what they wanted, and took it? Loved them.
In mid-2009, Danielle learned of a contest run by Air Canada for
their in-flight magazine, enRoute. The character she chose to write about,
however, demanded her story be written beyond the brief twenty five hundred
words Danielle had put together for the contest.
Ardeur, the first book in the Abbey of Angels series, was
published in August of 2010. The book's original name was Possession is Nine
Tenths - Ardeur but, after much editing and a facelift (new cover and title) it
was relaunched through Red Hot Publishing in August of 2011.
While working as a freelance editor, Danielle continues to write.
She has published several erotic romance novellas and contributes a
new monthly serial titled 'Miss Ellie Swings' to Everything Erotic.
